Perfect Pinterest Workouts/ Work it like Jen Selter

So it took me a while to figure out a routine in the gym- one that worked for me and even harder sticking to it!

Now I have been working out in the gym for a while I have established what workouts give me the best results and feel the best, as well as what's fun to do and gives me variety rather than completing rep after rep of sit ups or squats.

My favourite booty workout!

After spending my time searching Pinterest for 'The best glute workouts' I finally came across one that appealed to me and made me want to do it straight away! Titled as '15 Best Butt workout exercises from Jen Selter' my eyes lit up and I had to try it.

The workout itself consists of 15 moves that between them, work every single muscle in your bum!

Doing this workout a couple of times a week really does get you those BOOTIFUL (SORRY) results along with eating the right things!

I will link this workout HERE for you!

Mine and Chads favourite Ab workout

Again, it took Chad and I a while to find our perfect ab workout- so obviously I turned to Pinterest! I found and tried a few different workouts and this one definitely gave me the most variety as well as the best results! It for sure isn't an easy workout, you really do feel the burn, but I find it fun to do and I always feel so good after!

Doing this workout a couple of times a week will definitely give you those abs of steel, just don't forget the cardio along with it!

The great thing about these workouts is you can do as little or as much as you want by doing the exercises you want and by altering the amount of sets and reps that you do!

I will link this ab workout HERE for you!

I hope this gives you an idea of what workouts you can do at home or at the gym! If these aren't for you then Pinterest has endless amounts of different workouts so just have a good look! These two have to be my favourite workouts of all time and they definitely give you ABsolutely BOOTYfull results... Oh dear Lauryn!

See you soon with another post!

Free prints- favourite app review!

A month or two ago i found myself scrolling through the app store, seeking for a new exciting app. I wasn't too impressed or in a rush to download anything.. until i came across 'free prints' the word free had me hooked instantly and i had to read more. I don't regret downloading the app and i definitely recommend downloading it!

Free prints is an easy way of ordering free, good quality, developed photographs off your phone or iPad, all you have to do is select which photo's you want and type in a few simple details. The good thing about the app is that you get up to 40 free 9x4 pictures every month and after getting the first delivery for free it is only an additional £1.79 every order, which in my eyes for 40 quality pictures is amazing!

Once i had received the photos i was a bit unsure of where to put them, i knew i wanted to have them in my room, and on display. So the most obvious place seemed to be my wall, i started sticking photos on there every time i ordered some and it looks better every time, along with my fairy lights along my bed, it is a great way of making your room more personal to you and also more homely. There is nothing better than being reminded of memories, inspirational quotes, loved ones, photography, and friends every time you look at your bedroom wall.

If you want a cheap easy way of adding a statement piece to your room definitely consider making a photo wall, and then best thing is you can just keep adding to it, i have really enjoyed discovering this app and it is definitely my favourite for this month, give it a go!

Summer Photography

My most recent photography project is colour, I was limited where I could go this weekend so I thought why not become adventurous with glitter! I went into the garden searching for some inspiration and suddenly the idea of  merging glitter and flowers together formed.

I started simply with a silver glitter on a single daisy. This is my favourite picture that I took as I think it's so summery and delicate and I also love the contrast between the daisy and the grass.

I then experimented with different colours of glitter on multiple daisy's, I love the way this photograph brings focus to the two daisy's with glitter on and i especially like the macro effect.

I also found different types of flowers as the glitter gives  a different effect to each flower. I love the way the silver glitter is dispersed throughout the dandelion as it looks more natural.

Finally i played around with putting  all the glitters onto one flower, i did this by putting one colour on each petal of the flower. I was delighted with the way this photograph turned out and i particularly like how the other flowers surround it.

                                                         3 tips for photography

1. Think outside the box, try and come up with your own ideas and don't be afraid to try something new or something that may seem a little bit weird. This is usually how you get the best photographs!

2. Work with what you've got, if you can't go somewhere to take photographs then keep it simple and take pictures around your village or in your garden, you can always edit them later on.

3. If you can't take the perfect photographs straight away then don't give up or stress over it, practice is the key and it always takes time to get better at something.
