So firstly the day before my prom I got my nails done at Exquisite nails in town, I love my nails and I'm so happy that I get to leave them on for my apprenticeship!
I then got my makeup done by my old boss Shelley at Beauty and Beyond, I had airbase makeup done and I was so pleased with it, it also stayed on perfectly all night! I would 100% recommend airbase makeup for a special occasion.
You can also see my lovely prom hair in this photo which was done by Philippa at my present job, One hair and beauty, I found this look very elegant and flattering, again it stayed put perfectly all night and it made me look like I had thicker hair, which was great!
On my previous post I said I was going to be using Bondi Sands' daily gradual tanning milk in preparation for prom, I used this for about 5 days prior to prom, I exfoliated first using their tanning mitt and after a few days I definitely noticed a different, it is so easy to apply and I got asked several times if I had had a spray tan for prom! One mistake I made was not wearing gloves to apply the tan and although I washed them thoroughly I ended up having fairly orange hands for prom haha! So I would definitely recommend this gradual tan!
Overall prom was a lovely evening and It was so nice to see everyone dressed up, except from having Melon as a starter, which I thought was quite random, the food was nice too!
I am so pleased that I found some beautiful flats as some of my friends were hobbling round towards the end of the night and I was super comfortable!
I am so in love with my dress and it is so comfortable, I got it from Sugar and Spice in Lincoln and I would definitely recommend the dresses from there as we received great service and a beautiful dress!
